Great location! We were able to easily explore the town and all its attractions. the hotel also had a sauna and a Jacuzzi which was relaxing after a long day of sightseeing. the bed was comfortable and helped us have a good night's rest.

The hotel was old and it showed in the maintenance. the bathroom had some issues like stained towels and a broken faucet.

Clean room, very quiet, good breakfast. The park is at one minute walking distance. The lake is at three minutes walking distance.

Great location at the center of the town, close to main attractions and lake. Very friendly and accommodating staff who go out of their way to make your stay comfortable. Rooms are clean with unique ambience. The hotel offers a small yet lovely spa, with saunas, jacuzzi, and steam cabin, providing excellent value for money.

Limited food options for breakfast, but still good for the price paid. The third bed in our room was hard and uncomfortable, so we didn't get a good sleep at night.

They gave us large 2 room suite for standard price booked. We decided to stay 2 nights. Andrea was very nice and helpful regarding all our needs. Right near the entrance to the hot lake and in center of the activity. Very nice place to stay.

Girl at reception morning of Aug 8, 2011 was not very nice. Charged us 3 Euro for parking in area we were told was free.

Hotel Ersebet was okay, just some of the stafff didn't speak english much and then they didn't even try to help or understand.. but few of them who spoke english were nice to me. Room was really nice, big bed and bath tube and minibar and french balcony !

Beauty and wellness is not so great and solarium is fake so i recommend to use this services in some other place. And that some of the staff didn't speak english and were rude. Breakfast was terrible, and i didn't order any food here... good restaurants are near though !

The walls and bathroom doors may need a bit of maintenance.

During my stay in this city, I enjoyed the hotel’s location - it was right in the center of the town and close to the beautiful Heviz Lake. Additionally, I was impressed by the hotel facilities, including saunas and a jacuzzi. I also found the staff to be nice and the room to have a very comfortable bed.
